The Polo season’s highest-level event, the 6 Goal Tournament, sponsored by the Casey Family, took place at the All Ireland Polo Club in the Phoenix Park on the weekend of 10 August 2024. Under the clear, sunny skies, eight teams fiercely competed: Tyrone, Keelings, Wexford, Glenpatrick, LHK Insurance, Barracudas, Rits, and Sixt. It was a perfect weekend for both players and spectators, with the sun adding to the vibrant atmosphere.
The 6 Goal Challenge Cup Final delivered a thrilling conclusion, with Glenpatrick Polo Team edging out Tyrone Polo Team by just 1/2 a goal in a nail-biting finish. The match kept spectators on the edge of their seats right until the final bell of the last chukka.
The 6 Goal Subsidiary Final was won by Keelings in a round robin also consisting of Wexford & LHK polo teams!
The 0 Goal Tournament was won by Sixt polo team!
